Trico Residential field crews work in the same region of the tri-county everyday, so community supervisors work with the same surveyor throughout completion of a subdivision. A Trico field crew is never more than a few minutes away, making us extremely responsive in times of need. Currently, the residential team consists of 8 field crews and 10 survey technicians. The Residential team works in over 50 different subdivisions everyday, providing prompt and accurate service. Not only are we privileged to serve many of the nation’s top volume builders, but we also have a special Custom builder or do it yourself section, where we cater to individuals as well as many of the most respected local custom builders.
- Residential Tree and Topographical Surveys
- Plot plan -placing the footprint of the home on the lot
- Hubbing -staking of the home for the foundation to begin
- Foundation Survey – signed verification of location of the foundation; normally required to obtain a draw from a bank
- Closing survey – signed verification of the completed home location along with all concrete; used to close on mortgages and property conveyance
- FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates – used to bind flood insurance and to get CO’s
