Trico Engineering Consultants, Inc. , provides an array of Landscape Architecture services. Landscape Architecture plays an important roll in the first stages of the development process. Our Landscape Architects are utilized to envision the final look of a particular development. We also use numerous technics to highlight the natural features of the land to incorporate the design into the natural surroundings. All of these services are geared to return the final project back to natural look.
Our Landscape Architecture Department consists of three registered Landscape Architects and other graduate Landscape Architects holding 5-year BLA degrees. Their knowledge of the natural environment along with their intent sense of creativity helps to produce a quality product which is both pleasing to the senses as well as environmentally friendly.
Our Landscape Architects and engineers work together to create projects that incorporate the natural environment as well as the building areas. In this process our highly skilled architects also take into account the developer's desire to create an area that is seamlessly integrated into the environment. We take pride in planning a project that not only is able to sell better, but is environmentally sound.
During the planning process our landscape architects will be involved in several sub-processes in order to obtain the ideal plan. Some of these processes are Detailed Site Analysis, Tree Surveys, Topo Analysis, Drawing Analysis, Surrounding Environment Studies, Traffic Studies, Zoning Analysis, and Municipal Ordinance Compliance .
Our qualified staff of Landscape Architects can also provide help for Re-zoning Sites, Variances, and Special Permits. They are also available to attend Public Hearings as a Representative as well as produce Presentation Graphics and Feasibility Analyses/Cost Estimates.
Our objective is to help our clients plan and develop projects that are financially successful, yet appealing and in harmony with the surrounding environmental setting and in conformance with regulatory guidelines. All of this is combined to ensure a planned project that will increase the economic value of any site.
