The 133 person staff here at Trico provides a wide spectrum of services.
With projects that range from providing a grading and drainage plan of a single residential lot to engineering a 4,000 acre subdivision or commercial site, Trico offers customized packages to fit your individual needs. In the process of master planning any project, we utilize the resources of our Land Planning and Landscape Architecture group. In addition, our Structural Engineering department provides the design of a wide range of projects from commercial offices to educational and industrial facilities to marinas and residential homes.
Combined with our Wetland Consulting group, we can effectively plan, survey, design and engineer any project, including those that involve fresh or saltwater wetlands, endangered species, or even sensitive environmental areas.
During the process of engineering a site, our Surveying department will be involved from the beginning. Topographical and tree surveys are some of the first services performed on a site.
These groups work hand in hand with local officials to provide a plan that everyone can agree upon. In doing so, our personnel is experienced in the presentation and submission of projects to the local governments to ensure acceptable responses and approvals.
