A 1600 acre master planned community located in the City of North Charleston, SC. Trico Engineering provided the Wetland Surveys, Master Planning, Subdivision Design, Construction Surveying, Construction Administration and Residential Surveys for the community.

Services included detailed subdivision layout, commercial area layout, landscape design for main entrance and individual subdivision entrances, street tree/landscape design, and amenity area layout.
