TANNER PLANTATION
A 650 acre master planned community in the City of Hanahan , Berkeley County , SC. The staff at Trico prepared the master plan, handled the Zoning process, designed the Regional Pump Station, designed a two mile Boulevard and provided Residential Surveys.

Services included detailed subdivision layout, commercial area layout, landscape design for main entrance and all subdivision entrances, street tree/landscape design, and amenity area layout.
